Referral
Families are referred to P.O.P through NDIS or other funding. This is a voluntary service and participant’s consent is required.

A collaborative work plan
Together, we craft a collaborative work plan, ensuring structured support tailored to the family’s needs and parenting goals.

Hands-on support
Our outreach workers provide hands-on guidance to parents and caregivers, implementing strategies and routines that work.

Supports are regularly reviewed with you and adjusted if needed, as your family builds confidence and independence.
